Registered Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Psychosomatic Therapist, and Psych-K Facilitator
Author & Former: Blog Talk Radio Show Host
I have walked through my own healing journey from childhood trauma. My desire was to bring healing to people who need to release the past.I made a decision to reclaim my life. Having 8 surgeries in 9 years my body was toxic and emotionally loaded. While searching for a means to heal, I was introduced to Reflexology where I had 21 points triggered on my feet. This released the toxic build-up. My energy increased and my body began to heal.
Fascinated with the results, I studied Reflexology and became a practitioner.
Working with my clients I began to experience their emotions. Seeing a pattern of emotions associated with particular organs, I wanted to explore more about this connection. I studied Energy Healing, a technique that utilized my ability to sense energy.
Later in India, I experienced yoga, meditation and massage. As I was having a massage I experienced flashbacks to my childhood trauma. Something that I thought had been resolved. I knew then that I needed to study massage and the connection between body and memory. So I obtained my Master Practioner level in Psychosomatic Therapy.
Next the realization that a person had to change their beliefs in order not to rebound into old actions. My path took me into PSYCH-K working through beliefs that block success, relationships, happiness, and ambition. Finally, the full body, mind, and spiritual connection to healing were obtained. I now share these techniques of healing with clients.
I look forward to assisting you on your healing journey.
This is a technique that triggers the over 100 emotional trigger points on the body to release cellular
memory. Assessing the negative posturing a client has will identify the method of release. This treatment benefits people who have been through any form of trauma or PTSD from abuse, accidents, grief & loss, or emotional overload creating anxiety, anger, and reactive behavior to stress.
The triggering allows the body to release the unexpressed emotions (blocked energy) that were not released during the traumatic event. When the body releases the blocks the negative posturing is released allowing the body to use its energy more efficiently and the body’s rhythm is restored promoting better health and well-being.
Release of old emotions
Physical grounding and balancing
This technique is peeling of the onion as to what is truly behind your behaviors according to your
emotional body. The combination of Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) and whole brain technique
allows for the true blocks that keep the client from attaining their success. By asking the body rather than the mind to identify, replace or reformat the language of the body.
Release the client for the old story in order to move forward
Shift consciousness to present moment desires and goals
Release emotional blocks from achieving success
Reflexology dates back to Egypt 2330 BCE, by using a triggering technique on the feet stimulating twenty-one points connecting the nervous system to the internal organ system the body begins to balance and detoxify. The tuning of the internal system allows the body to relax and promotes the body's innate ability to heal. The physical touch also allows the client to feel connected to their body, promoting wellness.
Balancing of the internal systems
Promotes relaxation & overall well being
Connects clients with their body
Brings awareness of trigger points to body health
Detoxifies the body
Increases energy to the client

pressure, and more. All these therapies are applied to the body surface and are based on the
theories of channels and collaterals.

conditions and live better lives.
In recent years, modern scientific research has shown that there is growing evidence that

are safe and cost-effective. They are now accepted by more and more countries in their

What is Cosmetic Acupuncture or Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture?
Cosmetic Acupuncture is a different modality that can improve your skin's texture, and coloring, increase elasticity, reducing wrinkles, and increases overall rejuvenation.
What is the mechanism of cosmetic acupuncture?
Facial acupuncture works by piercing the skin with single-use tiny dermal needles, resulting in “positive” micro-traumas that increase circulation to the face and boosting the production of collagen and elastin to tighten the skin.
Cosmetic acupuncture follows the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, using the observation of complexion, tongue, pulse, etc. method to diagnose the underlying factors that contribute to the aging process.
To treat the underlying factors by using the specific acupoints in the body, to stimulate the disharmonies of internal organs, so it balances our internal systems while simultaneously boosting the health and appearance of the skin.
Does cosmetic acupuncture have side effects?
Cosmetic acupuncture is simple, non-toxic and harmless, safe and reliable, effective quickly. It can be performed on someone at any age:starting in a person’s 20s or 30s.
It can be a preventive measure, and in their 40s or later, it can be used
therapeutically and correctively.
What do you need to know before taking cosmetic acupuncture treatment?
If you're pregnant, check with your doctor before trying cosmetic acupuncture (or acupuncture of any kind, for that matter.) anyone with a blood clotting disorder or who takes blood thinners should talk to their physician prior to partaking in any acupuncture treatment.
The following is important to add some facial stimulation in addition to

Its also an amazing way to relax and de-stress
Face cupping works by using the pull of suction to boost circulation in the skin and muscles of your face.
